• What does the Brita Hub™ reduce from tap water?

  The Brita Hub™ is certified to reduce 70+ contaminants including chlorine, lead, and microplastics. For more details, visit brita.com/performance-data to review the Performance Data Sheet.

• How often should I change my filter?

  The "Filter Life" light will turn red when 120 gal of water have been filtered. Additionally, if water flows too slowly, but the indicator is still flashing green or yellow, you may have poor water quality (e.g. sediment, sand, rust, etc.) that requires more frequent filter replacement to maintain the desired flow rate.

• Are Brita® filters BPA free?

  Yes. All Brita® filters, pitchers, dispensers, Premium Filtering Water Bottles and Water Filter Faucet Mount Systems are made without BPA.

• Does the Brita Hub™ dispense hot or cold water?

  The Brita Hub™ only dispenses room temperature water. However, feel free to use water filtered through the Brita Hub in your kettle or ice cube maker!
